The IT TAM Junior System Specialist provides Request fulfillment, Incident Resolution, and Escalation support to ADP global end users (onsite, offshore and home shored). Should be able to operate and maintain different end user computing services being used within the ADP systems infrastructure and specialized enterprise applications such as Citrix, Windows Server/Desktop Management, VPN Security, Business Applications, Exchange, Mobility, and other client-specific requirements as required by the IT Corporate stakeholders. The environment includes but is not limited to technology such as Citrix/VMWare, Virtual Desktops, and workstations operating systems, management consoles and remote desktop troubleshooting

• Request Fulfillment
• Incident Management
• Change Coordination / Management
• Operations Control (Console Operations, Monitoring, & Routine System Maintenance)
• Other Duties
• Shifting schedules, primarily night shift and weekends to support 24x7x365 operations.
• Provides end-user training on Outlook, iPhone/Android support, Citrix, and other business-related applications
• Documents process workflows, procedures, and resource database
• Coordinates with internal and external customers for new initiatives and resolving existing issues
• Any other future developments and task that will be assigned under the areas of responsibility

REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in service/helpdesk environment focused on specialized support.
• Experience in providing on-site and remote support in handling active directory, group policy, virtual desktops, and Microsoft system center.
• Handles basic to intermediate infrastructure support (i.e.: Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Airwatch, etc.) and requirements (Servers, data center, and networks)
