Essential Duties
•Develop, publish and implements test plans. Responsible for functional testing of SBS – Insurance Services suite of services
•Automate the test plans/cases using Selenium framework
•Contributes to an agile team as a QA subject matter expert
•Define and track quality assurance metrics – automation test coverage, code coverage, defect tracking, etc.
•Develop deep product knowledge

Required Skills/Experience
•B.E or MCA with 2+ yrs of experience in testing for web applications
•Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies, standards and best practices including test plan writing
•Should possess good working knowledge on SQL queries, RDBMS concepts
•Working experience in Java, JavaScript for automating the application
•Proficient with automation tool/framework – Selenium
•Strong analytical and communication skills
•Agile software development process experience
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Possess a great eye for detail
•Be self-driven and goal oriented

Preferred Skills/Experience
•Domain experience in P&C Insurance, H&B benefits, or payroll areas
•CSTE, CSQA certifications are a plus
•Experience in TDD, cucumber or Chai or protractor is a big Plus
