ADP is seeking a Data Manager to own the data system management for ADP Payroll card.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Owns the data system management for ADP Payroll Card
- Controls all data system inputs, data system processing, and data system outputs for the PayCard database(s)
- Makes complex configuration changes, including documentation, set-up, testing, and promotion to production
- Resolves escalated participant and production issues by researching the root cause of the issue and fixing the issue or working with appropriate resource to fix the issue
- Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Client Services, Implementation, Trust Accounting, Compliance, Legal) to ensure they have required data elements to perform function and that issues are quickly resolved
- Owns data system set-up, testing, and production (data management)
- Detects and identifies enhancements and improvements that increase the quality and efficiency of data processing
- Performs implementation data functions for new business.
- Writes database queries and reports using standard tools such as heavy SQL; TOAD; Excel Vlooks
- Maintain/updates functional documentation to support reporting
- Data Filing
- Heavy data manipulation
Qualifications:
- Experience in creating reports and using report writers such as Toad (SQL query tool)
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Ability to take a problem
- Effectively manage a solution
- Communicate that solution
- Ability to work independently with clients, vendors, and other ADP Dept
- Ability to create summary reports from data in Excel and VB (uses Pivot Tables, vLookup, experienced in Excel)Â
- Understands Data Base Table structureÂ
- Oracle Reporting or some experience in ERP
- Experience with DB reporting processes (MS Access, etc)
- Strong Communication Skills
