ADP IS HIRING!!! Talent Acquisition Business Partner Intern
- Support the TABP in the full recruitment life cycle: candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, and support offer negotiation
- Develop strong partnership with the Business Managers, Leaders, HR Partners, Talent Sources, and Candidate Concierge and influencing as needed.Â
- Manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction.Â
- Supporting the execution of employment branding strategy including ADP Careers social media and digital platforms.Â
- Leverage the appropriate technology tools and resources needed to execute on search strategy.Â
- Deliver results as measured by KPIs, including reports, data integrity, time in process, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction.Â
- Manage the internal applicant process as well as the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Projects
- Support other countries in Recruitment processes and Projects, having substantial impact over all EMEAÂ
- Administrative tasks: Interview and meeting scheduling, first point of contact for potential candidates regarding any questions they might have, database management, reporting, etc.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
- At least 6 months of proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search role.
- Possibility to sign an internship agreement with University/Business SchoolÂ
- High organization and communication skills. Client-focused and results oriented.Â
- Ability to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment
- Resilient, autonomous and flexible person.
- Possibility of an agreement with University (Current Student/Master /Posgraduate)
