- Knowledge Paisy / Paisy Advanced
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment tax and social security law
- MS Office knowledge
- Professional customer communication
- Wage types / time types know-how
- Project management experience
- Payroll accounting
- Knowledge of HR processes in a company
- General IT know-how; technical understanding
- Training experience and knowledge of didactic methods in knowledge transfer.
- Communication-proof English spoken and written
