DVP Inside Sales EMEA: GES International Sales
Provide the overall direction, strategy and leadership to sales personnel within the area of responsibility to achieve sales goals within the sales expense budget. Expect excellence and professionalism from all sales personnel in performance of their functions. Be part of the Division management team by understanding and managing the sales role in achieving the division’s revenue, profit and retention goals. Act as thought leader on Leadership Team to provide strategic direction.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within required product mix.
* Manage the Area’s NSE, direct and indirect selling and set-up expense budget objectives.
* Prepare a business plan to identify how the Area/Regions will achieve the assigned sales goals.
* Work closely with direct reports to implement the Business Plan for the area and each region.
* Work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales.
* Review corporate lead generating activities by region, and determine region’s results. Feedback results and suggestions to the Division Vice President, Operations.
* Responsible for human resource management activities for the area such as the maintenance of proper staffing levels, attainment of desired associate retention rates, harmonious associate relations, monitoring performance management plans, and incorporating excellent associate communication channels.
* Manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans to ensure that career pathing opportunities are communicated to all levels of sales personnel as well as building for future strength.
Reporting Relationships:
* Supervisor: SVP GES International Sales
* Supervision Received: General Direction
* Supervisory Authority: Manages a Division consisting of multiple region locations and leadership levels.
Locations:
*Chertsey, UK Â – Barcelona, ESP – Bucharest, ROM
Education:
* BA or BS degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.
Travel:
* Extensive travel required between Inside Sales hubs.
Experience:
* At least 10+ years total sales experience and substantial experience as a VP Sales or Sales Executive, with a proven ability to manage a large Sales Team.
* Is recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability.
* Participates with General Management and Operations to achieve sales revenue profit and client retention objectives.
* Understanding of ES product capabilities preferred.
