The MNC TLM Project Services Senior Analyst requires relevant expertise in a professional, sales or technical area. Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education. Majority of time is spent on: performing technically based activities, contributing to and managing projects, providing advice and/or direction in primary areas of expertise, utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations, leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders. Work is primarily achieved by individual or through project teams, utilizing technical expertise to achieve results. At senior levels, may act in a “function leadership” (i.e. non-people leadership) capacity. HCM Expertise includes disciplines (i.e. Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time, Recruiting, Talent, etc) as well as products (i.e. Vantage, Enterprise, HWSE, OBA, WFN, eTime, Globalview, etc) and applicable laws/regulations and governance (i.e. National, Federal, State and Local requirements as well as ADP rules and regulations)

  • Primarily develops and delivers detailed Human Capital Management (HCM) technology and/or process solutions through consulting project activities using company products, outsourced HCM technology solutions and/or proprietary tools and techniques that others implement.
  • Defines client needs and may develop a plan and proposal for delivery of the project.
  • Responsibilities may include problem identification, configuration definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, process definition and solution deployment.
  • Depending on the size, scope and complexity of the project may also play the role of Project Manager.
  • Viewed by clients as a consultant.
  • Works directly with clients and client vendors to assess their HCM Processes and systems as well as requirements to design the delivery of the HCM Products.
  • Manages the transition of clients to the Client Service function after product implementation activities are completed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • IC Level Differentiator: Entry level contributor on HCM projects with guidance.
  • Education/Certification: Strongly prefer BA/BS — or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Related Experience: 2 years of HCM and/or implementation experience.
  • Functional Knowledge: Builds basic HCM knowledge with continually seeking learning opportunities to expand current level of expertise. Builds knowledge of the company, processes and clients. Stays current with business industry trends/best practices and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Skills: Utilizes basic technical skills and builds knowledge of standard work, tools and approaches. Continues to develop product and technical skills.
  • Business Expertise – client/ financials: Builds a basic understanding of the client service approach, client focus and business objectives. Builds a basic understanding of financials.
  • Business Expertise — deliverables: Manages assigned tasks/deliverables with guidance. Develops knowledge of role expectations on time, on budget, with quality through collaboration with internal/client partners. Has the ability to adapt to the needs of the business. Receives high level of guidance and direction to drive results.
  • Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities. Develops internal network. Seeks training opportunities. Builds positive relationships of trust and credibility with the team, client and stakeholders. Participates with internal initiatives to impact overall business results. Develops ability to flex to business needs/change leadership.
  • Problem Solving: Develops implementation skills to solve problems in basic situations using HCM, product and technical experience/knowledge. Develops knowledge of solution impact to the overall project and client experience.
  • Impact: Navigates/adheres to wide range of guidelines, policies and procedures. Actively participates and collaborates with the team, internal partners and client. Builds continuous improvement and innovation mindset. Develops client and service focus. Develops knowledge of project risks and partners with the team and/or other associates to mitigate. Develops knowledge of upstream and downstream impact.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develops consultative skills with client and internal partners. Builds presentation and communication skills (written/verbal/documenting). Develops ability to flex communication style and work approach with different audiences. Develops client focus, teamwork and collaboration. Demonstrates respect and professionalism in all interactions.
