The Small Business Services (SBS) division at ADP is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Lead Software Development Engineer in Test for our Florham Park, NJ location to help bring to market some of our next generation payroll solutions.Â
You’ll be responsible for continuously evaluating existing coverage, identifying gaps, and implementing test strategies to achieve as much confidence as possible on your automation.Â
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead the E2E and integration test automation for a cross-skilled, fast paced team
- Work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and UX Designers to understand new and existing features
- Outstanding ability to identify software vulnerabilities, and to creatively think solutions to implement tests and stress the system in meaningful ways
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks, test strategies, and test plans
- Drive metrics with application development peers to monitor test and code coverage and quality metrics
- Provide input on issues that impact product performance and system stability
- Review test reports and triage test failures; reproduce, problems and verify fixes
- Approve releases from a quality perspectiveÂ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience as an Application Software Developer, with a quality-first mindset
- Experience with micro services and service oriented architectures
- Experience with Continuous Deployment, Continuous Delivery and Devops
- Experience with Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript and/or Ruby, No-SQL, Bash and Unix
- Experience in Security testing, Pen Testing, and general test automation of e-commerce and financial software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
