POSITION SUMMARY
The Relationship Manager promotes and manages effective relationships with AVS (Added Value Services) clients. As the liaison with the client and as a client advocate, the Relationship Manager is the key contact within the senior levels of the client’s organization. Understanding the clients’ short and long term goals, the Relationship Manager serves as a facilitator of prospective new business, new feature/product opportunities, and creates /executes on an account strategy that assists in delivering a value based relationship with each client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure client issues are addressed and resolved
* Has responsibility for client retention, satisfaction, reference ability, and revenue/profitability growth
* Responsible to build and grow strategic relationships with BPO’s/Service Provider and high profile, Large revenue clients
* Negotiates operational issues and contract opportunities at the BPO/Service Provider and client executive level
* Partnership with Sales and coordinate securing additional business opportunities
* Partnership with business consultants and sales leadership to provide updated sales tools to accelerate sales volume
* Focuses on securing contracts and service level agreements with the BPO/Service Provider and business
* Engages client decision makers to understand client vision and goals in outsourcing through ADP
* Engages client during implementation and throughout remainder of client life cycle
* Coordinates efforts with the Program Manager
* Executes quarterly Account Reviews with client executives
* Up to 35% travel

Qualifications:
* Education: BS/BA in Business discipline or the equivalent in education and experience
* Minimum of 5 years of servicing large National Account size clients in related industry in the area of professional services, system implementation and/or client service for HR, payroll or finance systems
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
* Experience working with a highly motivated and dynamic sales organization
* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executive levels within client organizations and third parties, resulting in a consultative relationship
* Strong financial and business acumen
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as demonstrated proficiency with time management and conflict resolution is necessary
* Has an understanding of the full suite of product offerings (Employment Tax, Wage Garnishment, Unemployment Claims, Employment Verification, Wage Payments, & Tax Credits) and knows where to escalate to get the client additional information
* Experience in managing service recovery
* Prior tax experience
* Payroll experience and CPP is a plus
* Strong industry knowledge

You must also be willing to travel out of state at least 30-50% of the time on average and be near to a major Airport. Clients could be in several major metros (Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Seattle).
