Le directeur, Implantation est responsable de superviser les activités d’exploitation quotidiennes d’une équipe de spécialistes et d’offrir de l’accompagnement, du mentorat et du leadership à son équipe, afin d’assurer le succès de cette dernière. De plus, le directeur, Implantation doit veiller à ce que son équipe de spécialistes de l’implantation gère efficacement l’intégration des nouveaux clients à la gamme des produits de paie, de ressources humaines et de gestion des heures et des présences d’ADP. Le directeur, Implantation a la responsabilité globale de veiller à ce que le client vive une expérience-client extraordinaire et d’assurer la réalisation des principaux objectifs commerciaux d’ADP.

Dans l’ensemble, le directeur, Implantation communique et interagit de façon efficace avec tous les intervenants clés et est responsable de la gestion des relations avec les clients, afin d’obtenir d’excellents niveaux de satisfaction de la clientèle, tels que déterminés dans le sondage sur la qualité d’ADP.

COMPÉTENCES
Scolarité :
- Études postsecondaires, c’est-à -dire un baccalauréat en science appliquée ou une maîtrise en gestion des ressources humaines, ou expérience de travail équivalente

Exigences :
- Aptitude reconnue à diriger, encadrer et conseiller une équipe de spécialistes de l’implantation chargés d’offrir d’excellents services à des clients de grande valeur à l’échelle du Canada
- Minimum de cinq années d’expérience en gestion d’équipe diversifiée dont le principal objectif consiste à offrir des solutions d’impartition
- Compétence démontrée en gestion de personnes, de projets et de relations avec des clients
- Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitudes interpersonnelles reconnues
- Expérience approfondie en matière de production de rapports, de prévision et d’analyse de données
- Connaissance pratique de la paie, des ressources humaines, des régimes de retraite et des avantages sociaux
- Expertise en planification et capacité à négocier avec des clients internes et externes la portée, les produits livrables, les étapes clés et les exigences relatives aux ressources de projets
- Expérience en établissement et en entretien de bonnes relations avec des clients internes et externes, et coordination des efforts de diverses ressources et équipes internes pour assurer la réalisation de l’implantation et l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux
- Capacité reconnue à superviser efficacement de multiples implantations de complexité variable
- Répartition et déplacement de ressources parmi les équipes afin de satisfaire les attentes des clients de façon optimale
- Expérience pour veiller à ce que les projets soient achevés dans la portée définie et répondent aux attentes des clients ou les dépassent, sans sacrifier la qualité
- Bilinguisme français-anglais parfait, à l’oral et à l’écrit

POSITION SUMMARY
The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of a team of specialists and is responsible for providing coaching, mentoring and team leadership in ensuring the team’s success. In addition, The Implementation Manager is also responsible for ensuring their team of Implementation Specialists successfully manage new clients into ADP’s suite of Payroll, HR and Time and Attendance products. The Implementation Manager has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the client is provided with an outstanding client experience and that ADP’s key business objectives are realized.

COMPETENCIES
Education:
- Post-secondary education or related business experience, i.e. BAS or MHRM Degree

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor a Team of Implementation Specialists responsible for providing Stellar Service to high value clients throughout Canada.
- Minimum of five plus years experience in managing a diverse team who’s prime objective is to deliver Outsourcing Solutions
- Demonstrated strength in People Management, Project Management and Client Relationship Management
- Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Background in reporting, forecasting and analyzing metrics
- Working knowledge of payroll, human resources, pension and benefits
- Expert planning skills and ability to negotiate project scopes, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements with internal and external clients
- Experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients and coordinate efforts of various internal resources and teams to ensure the implementation and business objectives are attained
- Demonstrated capability to effectively oversee multiple implementations with varying complexities
- Allocating resources and/or shifting resources among teams to maximum reaching client expectations
- Experience in ensuring project completion is within defined scope, on schedule and has met or exceeded client’s expectations, without sacrificing quality.
- Fully bilingual verbal and written in both French and English
