Tasks of the position and requirements (professional, personal):
Main tasks:
- Contact person for employees, executives and works councils in personnel matters. Creation of contracts, contract amendments, letters of resignation, terminations, employment certificates and other letters according to specification
- Assistant to the Director Human Resources
- Administrative processing of entry and exit processes, interface to payroll
- Cooperation in time management (adaptation of approval paths, processing of applications, information in case of questions)
- Administration of the order system (Ariba)
- Sending national and international communications to the workforce including translation and support for international and national projects
- Coordination, processing and organization of further education measures
Technical requirements:
- Study Dual University with focus on Human Resources or HR specialist / commercial education with at least 3 years of professional experience
- Secure handling of MS Office applications
- English in spoken and written
