ADP is hiring a Sales Asset Knowledge Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure, rules and governance of the sales asset management system to support the sales process and improve productivity. You will lead projects that have broad organizational impact leveraging mobile enterprise solutions including Sales Automation, Sales Asset Management and data reporting & analytics. You’ll manage all aspects of Sales Asset Management users, permissions, information architecture, content, tags and content profiles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • System Administration of Sales Enablement and Sales Asset Management tools such as Seismic
  • Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
  • Manages all aspects of Seismic: Users, permissions, information architecture, content, tags and content profiles
  • Works with Seismic to define criteria for success across the implementation Use Cases
  • Responsible for managing content
  • Ongoing administration & management of Seismic
  • Document design managing LiveDocs
  • Identifying use-cases
  • Dynamic content implementation
  • Help translate Sales’ needs into defined Use Cases and a project roadmap in Seismic
  • Oversee integration with existing sales tools & processes such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Jive, Litmos and Tableau
  • Assist with any technical integrations, including SSO, internal data feeds, and connectivity to other enterprise systems
  • Create end-user testing scripts and release notes and lead UAT sessions.
  • Elicit and document accurate and complete Business Requirements for system enhancements from sales and other functional groups.
  • Work collaboratively with other Sales Automation teams, functional groups, and IT Consultants as a subject matter expert, providing insight into potential process and technology solutions to business problems.
  • Ensure that all solutions are aligned to Sales Enablement and ADP strategic objectives and mobile strategy.
  • Provide input to improve processes and procedures to enhance the sales and client experience.
  • Provide advanced Support for all tools supported by the team.
  • Provide regular updates to counterparts in Sales Enablement on new solutions and improvements.
  • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by building trust with all business partners (Sales Solutions, Sales Tool Support, Finance, Implementation, Legal, Lead Generation, Training, and Enterprise Applications).
  • Stay current with sales enablement tools, industry standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in working with sales and marketing solutions.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

 

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing large scale projects involving the development and design of solutions for sales, marketing or implementation.
  • Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables.
  • Strong track record of success working with a full spectrum of tools needed to design solutions, including Salesforce.com and Seismic
  • Strong Business Analysis skills with demonstrated ability to document complete, concise, and accurate business requirements to meet strategic objectives.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business executives and technical staff and convey complex ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, think and act strategically.
  • Work well under pressure with high tolerance for stress.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills for managing multiple diverse and conflicting activities.
  • Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall system design.
  • Anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Assigns tasks to appropriate cross functional resources and follows up.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • PMP or Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
  • Experience with ADP products/industry a plus.
