Key objectives of Business Consultant at ADP is to support Sales Team and Business Consulting team for RFP answering. A large part of them includes questionnaires covering a lot of topics, like functionalities, services delivery, implementation, technical requirements, etc.
To execute this objective, the Business Consultant will use content materials, stored in a dedicated tool, Qvidian that allows to store standard answers to questionnaires, standard proposals, etc. The Business Consultant will have the responsibility to administrate Qvidian.
As part of the Bid Management and Demos team, the Business Consultant will work closely with the Bid Managers, but also frequently directly with District Managers (DMs).
The Business Consultant will also be responsible of the content management for iHCM offering. He(She) will gather generic content directly from Subject Matter Experts and
In addition to this role and as an expert of ADP products, the Business Consultant will have to deliver first level presentations of local platforms (iHCM, Vista, etc.) in webcast mode. The Business Consultant will also produce Demo recordings that will be use as Sales Materials by DMs.

English: native speaker/writer or fluent (C2)
Candidate should have high level of skill in technical writing in English language. He(she) should be able to summarize or rephrase some answer provided by subject matter expert or existing content, depending on the level of details required by the RFP.
Candidate must be also comfortable with talking in English with diverse audiences, appropriately adjusts technical content to meet differing knowledge and interest, and juggling meetings with multiple audience levels.
