We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Agile Coach who wants to help transform our organization and take it to the next level of agility and product innovation. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive the agile transformation initiatives and a stronger and deeper Agile and product innovation culture throughout the organization.
• Coach several agile teams made up of Scrum Masters, Developers, QA & Product Owners, ensuring they are using Agile best practices and are continuously improving.
• Develop and support other Agile coaches.
• Being comfortable working actively with the Product Team Leaders, Product Owners and multiple product teams with varying levels of agile maturity.
• Working closely with Product Owners to ensure they transition to an entrepreneurial, agile mind set with a focus on MVP and providing the product vision for the teams.
• Coaching and mentoring scrum masters and facilitators. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams.
• Facilitating the progress of the team and be able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative, empowering, productive and innovative environment. This involves being an excellent communicator with the ability to work well with team members, product owners, development managers, product directors, business stakeholders and act as an exemplary representative to the business.
• Being a constant source of agile and product information and direction for the team to assist them overcome obstacles to success.
• Ensuring the adoption of agile methods within the team whilst aligning with other organizational processes.
• Providing management visibility on the transformation status.
• Conducting training for teams and stakeholders on Agile philosophies, methodologies, and practices.
• Organize and facilitate senior leadership meetings to help with strategic transformation.
