ADP is seeking a motivated individual to join us in the capacity of a Project Manager to take accountability and delivery of multi-national implementation projects to time, cost and quality;

This role:

  • Manage full lifecycle multiple implementation projects using methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile on a day to day basis
  • Manage multi-disciplined resource assigned to projects
  • Communication and co-ordination of project activities within ADP
  • Initiate process improvement and sharing of knowledge within the team and business
  • Create and maintain project documentation including risk, action, issue and decision logs
  • Communicate with and manage key stakeholders, at all levels
  • Advise clients on good practice within HR processes, HR systems, change management and organisational transformation
  • Support the Sales team when required in providing information as a subject matter expert on project management, implementation methodology, project organisation, effort estimates and timescales

You?

  • Extensive demonstrable knowledge of the full project life-cycle
  • Prince2 or similar Qualified Practitioner or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Data Migration and User Acceptance Testing processes
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in multi-national system implementations
