The VP, Implementation Project Services leader provides overall direction and leadership to a virtual implementation organization of approximately 160 associates in the US, as well as leveraging virtual offshore ADP teams. They are responsible for providing leadership, strategic focus and alignment with NAS Implementation and Project Services standards to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and an exceptional implementation experience to new ADP Clients. The VP, Implementation Project Services leader partners with Sales and HCM Domain Leaders and Engagement Office to ensure successful, timely and quality implementations and ongoing project services for clients as accomplished by: managing staff, optimizing resources, following standard work to ensure client expectations are met and positive business results are achieved.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Management

Delivers against a defined set of performance standards that contribute to the Financial Success of NAS. These performance standards include but are not limited to:

* Starts Revenue

* Setup revenue

* Implementation NOI

* NPS Scores 

 

Executes on continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and drives SIG activities and adoption within the team. 

 

Client Management

Responsible for a project services plan and ongoing client engagements and aligns teams on implementation execution leveraging the NAS standard client centric approach with high quality results. Partners and collaborates with NSC General Managers, Sales and Implementation leaders to deliver positive client experience across ADP from Sale through ongoing Service. Serves as Senior level escalation contact for Clients.

 

Associate Management:

Manages the overall performance of a project services team ensuring implementation projects are accomplished on-time and with high degree of quality. Responsible for staffing, development activities of associates, maintaining domain expertise, training and associate engagement.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred.

2. Experience: Five plus years of experience leading an Implementation Organization that works directly with Clients in the HCM Industry. Experience leading Virtual Teams is preferred.

3. Generic Skills:

  • Financial Management- Explains how the team results impact expenses and revenue. Ensures a connection between individual and team goals with ADP financial metrics.
