RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Structure complex business problems and analyze to uncover recommendations
- Interact with other teams across the organizations to collaboratively arrive to practical solutions that can be implemented
- Engage with Senior Leadership Team to present your analyses and recommendations
- Be a partner in the execution process to help drive desired strategic results
- Support the VP of Strategy to drive the business unit strategic planning process
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the HCM industry, major trends, and competitors

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- BA/BS degree or graduate from a top tier school with majors in Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements including a strong GPA (preferably higher than 3.5)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Relevant work experience of 1 to 2 years (Consulting, Banking or Corporate Strategy) will be preferred
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Be very comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data. Prior experience with excel modelling would be preferable
- Find problem solving exhilarating and have an aptitude for analytics.
- Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for analytics.
- Be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills.
