As a member of ADP’s MNC® Implementation team, Regional Project Management staff is responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Project Managers must follow ADP MNC ‘s defined project methodology and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The Project Manager will develop and drive the project work plan and supervise project team members to ensure adherence to time, budget, key deliverables and project milestones. The Associate Project Manager provides technical assistance and leadership during the project lifecycle and is also responsible for evaluating, training, and monitoring project team members
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project planning and estimating
- Design and adhere to project work plan
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure project completion on time, on budget, and within scope and agreed performance metrics
- Understand issues and present resolutions for overall project success.
- Understand and advise customers on best business practices using Kronos/eTIME functionality
- Support sales activities and help respond to statement of work and change controls
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years previous experience in project management and/or portfolio management
- Project Management certified. Preferably PMP certified
- Fluent in multiple languages – English and Spanish or Portuguese required
- 5+ years experience in Payroll and or Time, Labor, Management implementations
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Project
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Takes accountability for projects, team, and business performance
- Is process oriented and follows direction
- Previous experience working virtually or remote
- Ability to type 80 wpm or above
- Must be able to handle and learn from constructive criticism
