ASSISTANT DS HR AND PAY
The goal of the position: We are looking for people who want to gain first experience and develop in the HR and payroll area. The main tasks in this position will include:
- entering data into the ADP HR and payroll system,
- activities supporting the maintenance of personnel documentation and / or calculation of remuneration for employees employed by ADP clients
- preparing reports,
- effective cooperation with other company departments.
We expect candidates from:
- willingness to develop and acquire knowledge in the field of human resources and payroll,
- minimum secondary education,
- freedom to work with a computer and knowledge of Excel,
- willingness to constantly develop their knowledge and skills,
- meticulousness, accuracy and independence,
- commitment, communication skills and teamwork skills.
