As a Product Manager, you’ll be helping build products to launch the future of pay with our US Money Movement System. You’ll be responsible for market analysis activities, product requirements and ongoing qualitative/quantitative analysis that deliver innovative solutions to deliver results for our customers.
THINGS YOU’LL DO: Â
- As Product Manager/Owner, manage the roadmap and execution for a specific product throughout the software lifecycle and deliver the right outcomes for our customers and ADP
- Serve as the central resource with design, process, development, quality and marketing as the product(s) move from concept to release to commercialization
- Act as user champion when all stakeholders and align all activity with business goals, strategy and priorities
- Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements balances business needs with technical requirements, and recommends alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when neededÂ
EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:Â
- 3- 5+ years of experience in a product management role from discovery to requirements definition and launch for SAAS  in an Agile environment.
- Experience creating product vision and strategy in addition to managing the backlog
- Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience

- Experience with payment, e-commerce, money movement, e-commerce and/or FinTech products
- Experience with SAP platforms
- Experience with products in a regulated or compliance environment
