ADP is hiring a Director of Demand Marketing. This person is responsible for the strategy, execution and measurement of Demand Marketing programs and infrastructure across channels (digital/direct/indirect) and across Corporate and all Business Units. Uses specific measures to optimize results and process efficiency in marketing technology, creative design, lead management, and omni-channel demand marketing program implementation. Works closely with VP, Demand Marketing to create, simplify and improve organizational lead flow and handling as well as resource planning, prioritization & scheduling. This individual will successfully execute on this end-to-end enterprise program by converting strategic sales and marketing objectives into measureable demand and lead management deliverables through operational excellence, associate development & field relevance. Interacts with upper management in the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations groups to develop, maintain and further common business interests.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Creates and implements demand marketing strategies and programs to optimize results and productivity. Executes corporate initiatives affecting products, programs and technology. Measures progress and reports findings to upper management.
  • Develops and recommends strategy for a coordinated omni-/cross-channel experience incorporating digital, direct and indirect channels to promote demand programs, content and tactics.
  • Uses marketing technology to integrate channels to be complimentary and to serve each other – and infuses creative design across channels that is consistent and guides desired buyer behavior.
  • Prepares and delivers pertinent, viable information to assist upper management in strategic decision making, and contributes to execution of initiatives. Manages team that designs presentations for sales and marketing initiatives, including graphics, text, video and sound.
  • Manages cross-functional teams across Demand Marketing Center, Marketing, Sales and other functional departments.
  • Manages development and day-to-day responsibilities of staff, including Marketing Technologists, Creative Graphic Designers and other Demand Marketing Center associates. Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates to associates through department meetings and performance planning. Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates. Responsible for department hiring and terminations, as required.
  • Manages design freelancers/agencies and vendor relationships for marketing/sales technology platforms for driving tool adoption, process development, implementation and service support.
  • Evaluates new marketing technologies and collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing results and streamlining support. Continually improves and shares knowledge of business practice, technology, sales/marketing trends and infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • 5-8 years experience in B2B marketing or sales environment with direct responsibility for leading B2B demand generation initiatives, including marketing campaigns to generate inquiries, nurturing leads not yet ready for sales engagement, lead scoring, and call centers.
  • Experience working with omni/cross channel marketing including digital, sales, direct and indirect channels
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms — particularly Eloqua and SalesForce.com
  • Experience working with creative graphic design teams a plus
  • Experience analyzing data and synthesizing key findings and trends to share with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with project management systems like Workfront a plus
  • Experience working within a direct sales organization in business to business marketing with a proven proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing programs a plus.
  • Strong emphasis on matrix management/leadership skills
