POSITION SUMMARY:

Imediatan under the supervision of the Process & Project Manager the coordinator will work in activities related to the performance improvements of the delivery processes of ADP services. Will be responsible for the management team of quality elements as continuous improvement of delivery processes of services improvement projects operational efficiency, training and communication, management by indicators, supporting the culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuous improvement of delivery processes of services Develop and implement action plans, including but not limited to the DMAIC methodologies, RCA, VSM and Lean Six Sigma events;
  • To support the operation managers to identify process improvements establishing objectives for each plan;
  • Coordinate action plans and ensure that those involved have the tools and resources to maximize results
  • Direct the activities of the team facilitating information for decision making.
  • Manage design changes for quality improvement processes, dealing with unique / novel situations.
  • Develop and conduct team-oriented improvement processes to identify and correct deficiencies in the processes. Operational efficiency improvement projects Develop, implement and manage improvement projects operational efficiency and impacts based on LEAN philosophies.
  • The companhar, analyze and report the return on investment programs submitted to processes improvement initiatives;
  • Monitor the progress of the projects and status review by means of follow-up meetings.
  • Develop a report obtained efficiency, customer satisfaction and savings realized.
  • Conduzir Periodic reviews with stakeholders to review achievements, impacts, scratches and lessons learned.
  • Make recommendations on the production of services relating to quality improvement application, measurements and training. Training and Communication.
  • Coordinate training people in the operation of services delivery processes.
  • Ensure that the tools, resources and materials are developed and updated as the operation needs.
  • Establish a learning knowledge base made available to the public concerned Perform benchmarking surveys delivery processes to establish measures of productivity, cost and quality.
  • Develop and implement an effective strategy for communicating results of improvements
  • Keep informed employees about the procedures and methods revised . Management by indicators
  • Support in improving the use of operational and management information;
  • Develop and analyze metrics and indicators with a focus on improving the quality of delivery processes.
  • Search Innovation for a better understanding of process performance, aiding decision making through data.
  • Apply knowledge of statistics and quality tools such as Ishikawa, Statistical Process Control, Pareto, ANOVA, hypothesis testing, through the MINITAB .
 
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
