ADP is hiring a Manufacturing Industry, Technical Support Analysts for the National Accounts market. In this position you will be responsible assisting ADP customers in the manufacturing industry to solve their labor productivity, costs and scheduling needs.

This position will work directly with our clients to develop and implement processes to ensure that we are effectively implementing and supporting clients in the WFM manufacturing industry. The position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to help drive sales, streamline implementation and provide escalation support for ADP’s manufacturing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with ADP customers to solve business challenges specific to the manufacturing market
  • Assist with sales education and coordinate training efforts relative to manufacturing industry product sales
  • Create and deploy customer support best practices for the vertical area of responsibility
  • Provide direct support for escalated customers
  • Act as the vertical product/industry liaison to Sales, Implementation and Support
  • Act as an advisor to the Product Management group to ensure effective vertical positioning of WFM solution set
  • Assist in the creation of vertical presentation/demonstration materials
  • Travel to different geographic areas to participate in joint end user calls as the ADP industry expert
  • 40% travel required, including overnights
  • Attend appropriate industry trade shows
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry in a leadership, finance or operations capacity
  • Experience creating manufacturing business processes, setting labor standards and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who also have the following:

  • Experience working with the Kronos or ADP workforce management solution
  • Previous business services and/or business software experience
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary
  • Must be a strong team player
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
