ADP is hiring a Document Coordinator. In this position, you will distribute various documents in an accurate and timely manner. Perform document imaging including prepping and scanning of manual checks. Distribute and dispatch incoming, outgoing and mail/overnight manual checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide the highest quality customer service
  2. Distribute various payroll documents on a daily basis:
    • Create accurate overnight shipping labels
    • Audit shipping labels
    • Ensure packages meet overnight delivery
3. Perform imaging process:
  • Prepare hard copy documents to be scanned
  • Electronically scan all necessary documents for archival purposes

4. Distributes and dispatches incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently

  • Process all shipping and outgoing mail, including printing, folding & posting of all documents
  • Operate high-speed folder/inserter equipment
  • Prepare packages for mailing
  • Using the high-speed mail meter machine, ensuring the proper amount of postage to meet postal requirements
  • Ensure express mail and fed ex packages are prepped, prepared, audited, and sent according to standardized processes.

6. Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to mail folder/inserter equipment, postage
machine, printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
7. Monitor queues daily and perform mail merges and print of documents in a timely manner

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months in office service function (i.e. mail-room, copy center, etc.). Working knowledge of procedures and practice in an office services function.

The work hours will be approximately 12pm – 9pm or 1pm – 10pm, Monday thru Friday; but flexbility will be required.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Ability to work the approximate hours of 12pm-9pm or 1pm – 10pm, Monday thru Friday (there may be some Saturday work, but this is infrequent)
  • Superb organization skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
