ADP is hiring a Graphic Design Specialist. The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for supporting clients through graphic design and brand message support. This role is client facing and designed to focus on clients’ employment brand and EVP messaging. Typical work product may include — billboards, job cards, event banners, Facebook and promotional campaign graphics and more. The Graphic Design specialist is also involved in setting up career site from design perspective, partnering with social media specialist and creative writers to create comprehensive campaigns. Support expectation extends to multiple external clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creatively convey ideas through graphic image creation while also generating solutions for clients through creative means
• Understand best practices and guidelines for designing within brand standards
• Print design and digital asset experience; development of advertisements, banners, post cards, posters, social media graphics, email blasts, web banners and other marketing materials
• Create graphic elements (diagrams, flowcharts, conference materials or illustrations) for marketing and sales collateral as needed
• Knowledge of file types, web and print requirements, mechanical file output, color modes, font compatibility and other design specifications
• Strong time management skills; work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple assignments and clients at a time and meet all established deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Advanced Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint and Word)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience in graphic design in a professional setting
• Highly detail-oriented, independent and well organized
• Strong design foundation and understanding of the principles of typography and layout
