THINGS YOU’LL DO:

* The Client Product Support Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, modifying and creating custom reports for clients on ADP proprietary software.

* The associate maybe working with benefits, payroll, time and attendance, analytics and MR2000 reports. They can assist a client with questions or issues on a report or for a fee, create a custom report..

* Be the subject matter expert for industry standard technology, such as browser web support, user access issues, web site customization, etc., while continuing to stay up-to-date on emerging technology and trends and remaining proficient on networks, operating systems, hardware, software, databases, browsers and related products

* Utilize your strong communication skills to manage client relationships as the day is spent on calls with our clients in handling their simple to complex issues and questions.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

* 1 + year(s) Client/Customer Services experience

·        The Client Product Support Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, modifying and creating custom reports for clients on ADP proprietary software.

·        Utilize your strong communication skills to manage client relationships as the day is spent on calls with our clients in handling their simple to complex issues and questions.

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Education
  • MCP or Equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, client server, Operating Systems, TCP/IP
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and analysis technical communication, as well as written and verbal communication skills
