ADP (San Dimas) is hiring a Sr. Reporting and Data Analyst to extract timely and accurate data from our Access Database and SAP systems to support client fund reporting. Does this sound like you?

As a Sr. Reporting and Data Analyst for the Trust department you will monitor and maintain internal Access databases and third party applications. You will perform data analysis and query SQL code to improve the department’s ability to monitor, reconcile and report client fund balances. You will need to understand operations to support systemic changes and resolves issues in collaboration with IT. Participates, coordinates, and leads projects. Aggregates data, presents findings, and provides recommendations.
THINGS YOU’LL DO:
- Development – For purposes of money movement and compliance reporting, the design and development of databases and user interfaces. Manage automated solution to support client fund escheatment by extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources to satisfy audit compliance and reporting. Develop complex BW, SAP SQVI, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 and MS Access queries.
- System Maintenance – Maintain and administer third party/internal applications and databases. Develop indexing strategies to optimize database performance. Troubleshoot application databases problems
- Analysis – Conducts analysis according to SDLC standards and prepares User Stories and Use Case documentation to serve as input to create program. Creates specifications, test plans, user documentation, and training documents for all phases of the life cycle.
- Design – Develops and documents design alternatives to satisfy user, business, statutory, and system requirements. Presents alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus.
- Testing Support — Assists in the development of functional testing requirements for new or existing system features. Conducts system walkthrough and formal review.
- Support –Provides assistance to staff members and development groups on business and technical issues. Assists in estimating and scheduling of a project or project tasks. Provides assistance to the IT Organization to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
- Knowledge — Remains up-to-date on all systems analysis tools through study and courses. Acquires business knowledge by learning the daily business operations of ADP and by obtaining a solid understanding of its products and features.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- 4-5 years of experience with SQL, Access and SAP Systems
- Ability to run reports from extracted data in Access and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
