ADP is hiring a Manager- App Develop (Hyperion Financial Management) for our Parsippany, NJ location.Â
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Â
- The Hyperion job family is responsible for providing a central source of expertise, direction, coordination and consultation in development, integration, scaling and maintenance of new and existing Hyperion products and solutions. Platform includes Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Workforce Planning, Financial Data Management, Essbase, Smartview, Excel Add-in, FR Hyperion Financial Reports. Lead roadmap and improvement projects across all Hyperion Platforms
- Manage administrative support and maintenance of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Quality Management (FDM) applications
- Develop and implement global support model with US, France, and India to support all time zones
- Collaborate with FDMEE team on FDMEE requests/issues
- Manage financial reports, build new reports if required
- Develop and maintain appropriate system documentation
- Cross train exisiting team on HFM/FDM toolset
- Cross train on other Financial Systems
- Manage data mapping changes, functionality changes, user-access requests, security configuration
- Manage complex systems and database administration. Monitor and tune systems to ensure optimum level of performance
- Lead upgrades, patch maintenance, server issues
- Interact with non-technical business owners to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issues
- Collaborate with Business Units to ensure the integrity of imports and extracts used by the consolidation tool
- Involvement in system projectsÂ
FINANCIAL SYSTEM INITIATIVES:Â
- CURRENT: Financial Systems Redesign (FSR) — a new Global GL COA that requires a rebuild of all down-stream financial systems that will mirror the new COA. This project also involves upgrading from FDM to FDMEE.
- UPCOMMING: EPM Hardware & Software Upgrade. ADP is currently on EPM v 11.1.2.3.700.Â
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Experience with global, multi-currency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
- 10 years or more of experience in HFM 11x
- 5 or more years of experience with FDM and Hyperion Reports
- Basic scripting knowledge and windows batch scripting
- 10 years project leadership or roadmap experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Other EPM Platform experience or knowledge a plus
