ADP is hiring a
Manager – Human Resouces Shared Services. In this position you will be recognized expert and leader responsible for leading the successful execution of the day-to-day operations of the HR and Benefits Administration Operations function with a focus on continuous improvement of processes & controls. In this role, you will be required to ensure the operations are fully optimized and aligned to support the 53,000+ global, geographically dispersed associate population including managers and the HR community. This position is also responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the HR Operations including the resource/capacity planning, associate development, service implementation, and maintenance for the function. In addition, you will be responsible for standardizing, where applicable, HR and Benefits processes and practices to ensure they are globally integrated and aligned with best practices. This role interfaces with the IT organization, to identify opportunities where technology solutions can yield improved efficiencies/cost savings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates these to associates through department meetings and performance planning.
- Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates.
- Responsible for department hiring and terminations as required.
- Closely monitors metrics surrounding transaction volumes, quality and turnaround times and implement measures to improve when necessary.
- Ensures streamlined human processes, workflows, metrics, and system optimization.
- Executes plans to successfully transition HR Operational work to the Shared HR Operations function
- Helps to define requirements for systems that will facilitate increased efficiencies, automation and/or self-service for various HR processes.
- Establishes a standard streamlined set of HR processes and manages the integrity and security employment data.
- Participates in planning, integration and testing of various platforms, products and technologies.
- Contributes to the creation of education strategies through proactive communication and engagement with all levels of the organization to ensure increased understanding of systems tools, processes and availability of resources.
- Collaborates with business clients and shared services HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach; builds management capability through Manager Self Service tools and technology
- Position the team to grow and support on-going deployments of new HR and Payroll initiatives.
- Manages team responsible for creating training materials related to HR Operations systems and tools for the organization
- Maintains a single source for enterprise wide human resource operations metrics.
- Partners with the business to perform various data analysis required in making operational or other business decisions.
- Helps to enhances HR Shared Services reporting capabilities providing through reports/dashboards for associates, HR Business Partners and management.
- Supports and/or leads special projects as directed including mergers and acquisition support.
- Provides support for critical HR initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources, and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of human resources operations experience required
- 3 to 5 years working with multiple HRIS systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Minimum 5-7 years of prior management experience strongly preferred
- International, global HR, Payroll and benefits experience strongly preferred
- Successful track record in HR process improvement, Operational Excellence and Leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, team leading/building, presentation, project management and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding.
- Superior organization/project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project interdependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans. Recognized as an integrator and solution provider.
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change.
- Able to maintain productivity during times of change and potentially difficult business challenges.
- Ability to service multiple customers and competing priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience in a divestiture and an active M&A business environment preferred.
- Customer service oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
