ADP is hiring a Tax Credit Loss Prevention Operations Manager.  The Operations Manager – will manage and oversee processing services within the ADP Tax Credits Operations area to ensure that all clients receive service that meets/exceeds performance standards. This position will work closely with inter-departmental groups with the goal of identifying, documenting, facilitating, and coordinating projects that will increase client experience, drive efficiency, and maximize tax credits.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the tools and processes utilized within Operations. Additional responsibilities include working with Sr. Leaders to review processes, policies, and procedures. This Manager will directly supervise associates reviewing and processing state agency correspondence and should provide growth and promotional opportunities with a goal of higher than industry standard employee retention.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for team department expense, resource forecasting and skill set mix needs and adjust forecasts to changing product demands and client business cycle demands. Provides updates to business partners on status of productivity, adherence to budget and timelines, and other key metrics to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiencies within the department
- Ensure client and state processing goals are met and exceeded
- Research and evaluate like functions outside of ADP and determine best practices that can be brought into the BU to achieve greater results.
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve the quality and speed of the services being offered.
- Proactively drives the program to achieve better results.
- Ensures processes and programs are effective and make recommendations for improvements.
- Works across Domain Leaders, Delivery Managers, Service Leaders to ensure overall workflow, process, and delivery goals meet business and client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with Product Management and Development to drive requirements into the products to increase efficiencies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and/or experience
- 3 years of directly related experienceÂ
