ADP is hiring a intermediate Product Manager (PM) in our Roseland, NJ location to be part of the Access and Identity Management (AIM) portfolio. Access and Identity Management Services provides centralized access management to all ADP products and services. We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, highly passionate product manager to deliver of well-designed, innovative and responsive products that balance security and convenience for millions of people around the world.

Working closely with the Product Management lead, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of key features and capabilities, delivered in an agile development environment. You will be responsible for managing, publishing and evangelizing your product roadmap, define and track success metrics (KPIs), and shape its vision as part of the global AIM portfolio.

In this position you will be responsible for market analysis and business case development activities that will help implement new innovative Identity capabilities to drive a seamless login experience for end users to all ADP services as well as help protect their sensitive information. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product line’s growth and evolution, including rapid prototyping, evaluating new technologies and innovations working in close collaboration with the development team. This portfolio supports more than 600K clients in over 100 countries, requiring a unique combination of objectives – experience on different types of Single-Sign-On (SSO), federated identity & SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), eradicating passwords, and managing Identity lifecycle for our clients and their employees – offering a consumer-grade user experience. You will help lead product launch activities and ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in an agile environment, with a SCRUM team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Senior Product Management lead’s strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization, collaborating with key business units within ADP
  • Apply knowledge in the identity and access management space to help shape strategic direction and priorities for Access and Identity Management portfolio
  • As Product owner, manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
  • Determine current and future client needs including applying insight from clients, service and sales, user experience [UX] research, feature usage and win/loss data
  • Develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs with an outcome-centric mindset that clearly identifies expected business outcomes
  • Serve as the central cross-functional lead across design, development, services, sales and marketing moving new product(s) from plan to pilot and launch
  • Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
  • Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements, to balance business needs with technical requirements, and to recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved
  • Make data-driven product decisions through metrics and define and maintain the product scorecard and KPIs 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 2-5 years of experience in project or product management in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role, including experience in Agile Development methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with all stakeholders to improve data and business processes and to negotiate priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally, and with a global perspective
  • Knowledge and focus on superb user experience [UX], aesthetics and visual communication
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary
  • Knowledge on the basic concept of customer digital identity, identity proofing, strong customer authentication, and identity protection markets and technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent in education and experience
  • Analytic skills to synthesize data, provide business level metrics and communicate based on data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Experience and knowledge in security and identity management is highly desirable
  • Product experience with Human Capital Management solutions or a closely related industry is desired
  • Multi-lingual abilities will make the candidate more effective in interacting with our global partners
