ADP is hiring a Marketing Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, customer oriented marketing manager to help with the Re-invention of the ADP Brand. In this position, you’ll leverage your creative, project management and leadership expertise to assist the Sr. Marketing Director in the management and development of the ADP corporate brand. You will work closely with ADP marketing teams including but not limited to content team, digital marketing, and graphic designers as well as HR, Diversity, and Corporate Communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate Business Units, departmental marketing teams and agency partners on the ADP brand guidelines.
  • Review materials from a design and copy perspective, providing detailed feedback and guidance on how to apply the brand guidelines.
  • Ensure brand standards and tools are adopted by internal and external partners to position ADP’s products for high visibility with customers, partners, trade associations, outside vendors, and media audiences.
  • Fulfill requests from local sales executives for local sponsorship opportunities (i.e., events, tradeshows, and charities). This includes working with graphic designer to create customized ads (new images and copy) appropriate for the event.
  • Work with Business Resource Groups, Employer Brand, Diversity and Business Units to develop unique marketing communications for events or publications. This includes working with graphic designer to create customized ads (new images and copy) appropriate for the event.
  • Maintain and grow library of brand assets (i.e., templates, images, etc.) on the ADP Brand Center and ADP Brand Website. Communicate to marketing teams when updates or new resources have been created.
  • Manage the workflow of graphic designer, identifying outside resources when needed.
  • Support ADP Events team with managing graphic design resources. Mange printers including obtaining estimates, production plans, review proofs and secure timely delivery of marketing materials to event.
  • Work with Business Units to develop creative brief for projects including messaging platform, collateral development, sales campaign, brand refresh, internal communications program.
  • Develop a process for identifying agency partners to create marketing communications materials to meet our business needs.
  • Work with agency and marketing teams throughout the creative process through implementation to ensure that project objectives are met and branding is correct.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners, writers, and vendors as required to develop and deploy Brand strategy
  • Lead daily activities of the team to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
  • Function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in communications, marketing, business or related discipline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate level
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint.
