Marketing Operations Lead
Job Description:
This role is responsible for developing, iterating, maintaining, and managing the planning, workflow processes and tools ADP uses to ensure measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns and deliver on business objectives. This role will help ADP develop a repeatable, multi-business unit planning process and downstream workflows to execute on ADP marketing plans and assembling trackable campaigns throughout the enterprise. Cross channel campaign execution requires coordination with a wide range of ADP teams.

Responsibilities include:
- Subject matter expert for ADP’s marketing measurement process utilizing Marketing Resource Management best practices.
- Administer, iterate, and deliver marketing processes enabling measurement throughout ADP business units using a combination of marketing automation systems, marketing resource management and planning tools.
- Maintain and iterate a common set of standardized metrics/KPIs enabling a uniform view of marketing results. Measurements span budgeting and go-to-market activities to revenue and return on marketing acquisition cost
- Administer, maintain, and iterate processes used to execute, record marketing investments, and measure outcomes
- Develop a strong working relationships with marketing teams, sales leaders, and third party partners
- Understand the workflows, technology, and interdependencies of Marketing Operations, Business Units, and Marketing Shared Service functional teams.
- Monitor and audit processes to ensure accuracy of data, adherence, and provide resolution of issues found.
- Educate and train marketing strategists, leaders, and execution teams on proper procedures to ensure measurement of marketing investments.
- Drive alignment for cross-functional marketing activities including deployment configuration, testing, analysis, technology, data, and measurement.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong understanding of aggregate Marketing Analytics across the mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, platforms, tactics, and technologies
- Strong marketing technical experience, including marketing automation, MRM, Web analytics, search, digital display, budgeting/planning tools, and CRM systems (SFDC preferred)
- Understanding of marketing data, databases, and integrations
- Experience with structuring large amounts of data from diverse sources for warehousing
- Strong communication skills with the ability and desire collaborate with key business and marketing stakeholders
- Exceptionally strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
- Experience with Marketing Resource Management (Workfront or equivalent) tools and processes

Education and Experience Required:
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration preferred
- 4+ years of cross-channel campaign performance management
- Experience with MRM and CRM applications
