ADP is hiring a Client Support Administrator I. Works with client service team to service clients within a Service Center environment. Performs administrative duties and front desk functions. Provides answers to basic questions and service requests from clients. Acts as a critical link between the region and the client through effective communications, both verbally and in written format. Escalates problems and issues appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds professionally and timely to client incoming phone calls via the ACD call routing, web inquiries, e-mails and or faxes from applicable client base.
  • Works with various regional departments as needed to effectively resolve problems and client concerns regarding service inquiries including, but not limited to new or additional contact changes, online changes fro company set-up, training class enrollment.
  • Makes follow-up calls to client when needed. May handle proactive welcome calls/e-mails to clients transitioning to service.
  • Escalates problems and issues to management based on urgency.
  • Maintain appropriate records of client contact through CRM (ADP Access/Clarify).
  • Ensures that case notes are professional and that they thoroughly detail the issue and proposed resolution.
  • Maintains call handling standards and adheres to schedules as set by management.
  • Answers phones, takes message and routes client and regional calls.
  • Perform administrative duties such as opening and distributing mail, copying, distributing printer output, basic runner duties, maintaining office supply inventories and/or maintaining appointment calendars.
  • Maintains office files and records in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Greets vendors, clients, job applicants and other visitors and assures they have proper identification, are signed in and escorted to proper office/location.
  • Collects badges as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Up to 1 Year or Equivalent experience in a call center environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Written, verbal and telephone communication
  • Judgment
  • PC Literate
  • Organization & time management Multi-task
  • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Switchboard
