ADP is hiring an experienced Senior Product Consultant — Human Resources Outsourcing. ADP Canada’s Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) provides clients HR support and services in a variety of ways from self-service access to HR knowledge, compliance and tools to fully managed or outsourced HR and payroll administrative services.Â
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Reporting to the DVP, HRO the primary responsibility of the Senior Product Consultant- HRO is to develop, build and maintain products for ADP Canada’s HRO businesses.
- In this role you will identify potential product offerings; conduct market/client research; generate product requirements; determine specifications and production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction and ongoing client support to optimize the client experience driving high satisfaction, utilization and retention.
- In this position, you’ll help build, evolve and advance our innovative and market leading HRO product suite and performance.
- Drive the life-cycle of a product and optimize the end-to-end customer touch points, from the first time they sign up to every day interactions with our products and partners. Manage the client interactions to ensure HRO delivers and effortless client experience that creates NPS promoters and strengthens client retention
- Be the client voice, an advocate for customer first, outside-in thinking
- Support day to day operations for the product offerings, resolve client issues, monitor and optimize client utilization and oversee the execution/delivery of ADP and partner services
- Define the vision and strategy for multiple HCM products, develop positioning and strategic roadmap that outlines expansion of existing markets and enhances client acquisition
- Lead partnership strategies / analyze potential partner relationships for product offerings that maximize ROI, build and grow trusted relationship with partners and establish operating rhythm for ongoing review and key performance metrics
- Interface with the technology and development teams to drive the creation and execution of the product roadmap, develop close working relationships with technology partners to deliver features that grow product functionalities and enhance client experience
- Cultivate an intimate understanding of the end user, whether it’s our customer or an internal business users
- Demonstrate ownership of HRO products, stay ahead of industry and market updates, be aware of new enhancements to existing applications and competing solutions
- Work with product management team and marketing team to establish product feature set & definitions, scope of project and work, timeline and version planning
- Take ownership and accountability over projects and outcomes; coordinate product schedules with cross-functional team to develop high-quality products and ensure they are operating to expected performance levels
- Simultaneously managed multiple initiatives on current business as well as future strategy, planning and new business development; lead development of business case opportunities and evaluations, expected to recommend actions that support overall business priorities and driversÂ
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years’ progressive experience in product management; experience specifically managing content and service driven products in B2B environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and champion opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
- Comfortable engaging with end-users, conducting user research, and intelligently integrating insights as needed with a keen focus to meeting client needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present complex workflow and collaborate with multiple teams; able to drive results with internal and external contacts
- Comfortable navigating large and complex globally matrixed organizations to influence and obtain stakeholder buy in and alignment
- Able to drive cross-functional teams (including development, content, marketing, analytics, designers, and legal etc.) to build a great client experience that drives NPS promotors and client retention
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization’s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Proven ability to uncover and deliver revenue through partnerships and gaps in the marketplace
- Know the competition and stay abreast of market trends and implications for HRO offerings and clients; identify the whitespace
- Able to adapt and flex to a fast-pace work environment; not afraid to roll up her/his sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills; able to leverage data/analytics to make decision
- Bachelor’s Degree required in a business or technical discipline
