Mission:

Within the DECIDIUM HR Support, the BO Expert Consultant intervenes on the BO query builder interface available on the applications HR Training Kiosk, HR Interview Kiosk and Pilotage de la Masse Salariale (PMS).

He also knows the BO universe available on the GAP of the LSPRH offer.

 

In this scope, he performs the following tasks:

• Provide the BO functional support

Process SIEBEL tickets deposited in the dedicated group by customer service or set up teams.

• Taking part in the progress of the BO query builder interface and BO universe

Assessing the needs or dysfunctions of the BO query builder interface and BO universe.

Issuing the correction and progress requests.

• Taking part in the recipes and deployment of the BO query builder versions

Perform the tests defined in the test strategy using Rally for test definition and tracking and the staging environment for execution.
Draft functional coverage of new releases for internal and external clients and participate in internal presentations.

• Drafting the functional documentations

Draft the internal documentation and, if necessary, the client operating mode for the new functionalities.
Ensure the evolution of these documentations, according to the product versions.

 

Desired skills:

• Knowledge or ability to learn the components of the HR SI DECIDUM: GAP, HR Training Kiosk, HR Interview Kiosk, PMS applications
• Knowledge or ability to learn the BO query builder developed by ADP and based on the SAP Business Intelligence components
• Knowledge or ability to learn the diagnosis tools provided (production consoles, Database analytics tool-DBHAWK etc.)
• Knowledge of models
• Good analytical and synthesis spirit
• Good teaching and writing skills
• Operational autonomy
• Very good level of written and spoken French
