ADP is hiring a Paid Search Manager. As part of ADP’s Digital Marketing team, this position will play a central role in innovating and growing our Paid Search marketing program to drive client acquisition and demand generation for our various different businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to think both strategically and tactically to effectively deliver performance across these businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute paid lead generation programs to support inbound sales with the goal of growing units and sales revenue.
  • Plan, manage and grow paid search (SEM) campaigns – including building the strategy, budget ownership and day-to-day management of overall program.
  • Continuously and systematically optimize search portfolio, developing testing plans and strategies to drive business forward.
  • Ownership of reporting and analysis of large amounts of data to identify trends and opportunities/issues, quickly driving changes and enhancements.
  • Develop a rigorous ongoing test-and-learn methodology across various digital channels.
  • Manage agency and search engine partner relationships.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on improving current programs, agency relationships, tracking and reporting systems.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in statistics, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field or experience.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in paid search (SEM) with record of growing complex programs from efficiency and volume standpoint.
  • Strong experience with Google Adwords/Bing Ads and 3rd party bid management platforms such as DoubleClick Search, Marin, etc.
  • Good understanding of web analytics tools and landing page optimization platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze, identify opportunities and determine strategies based on those opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating effectively in matrixed environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
