Job Description/ Responsibilities
Data Quality Specialist will spearhead a strategic initiative for ADP to substantially grow the sales pipeline by ensuring the field sales force has good quality & quantity of data.
Data Quality Specialist will have primary responsibility for the following:
- Achieving and exceeding assigned targets for data researching activities,
- Researching & to complete the assigned data/information provided via standard online research tools (e.g., Google) and ADP provided tools. This may also involve cold calling to assign data to identify key payroll / HR contacts; its employee population and to understand its existing Human Resources/Payroll solutions
- Identifying the key contacts for qualification
- Maintaining customer data in the Ventes Lead Gen platform/ SFDC or equivalent – including updating/editing contact information; employee population, etc.
- Entering notes from customer contact/calls in the above mentioned platform(s)
- Follow up with Marketing and/or Sales operation associates to properly handover the completed (quality) data
Additionally, the role requires
- Represent the ADP brand responsibly via appropriate and highly professional interactions with prospects and building good relationships with internal and external contacts
- Meeting daily outbound phone & data cleansing objectives
- Lead and participate in regular sales and campaign planning meetings with Marketing/ local sales ops reps and ADP sales management
Years of Relevant experience: Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years experience in data researching, outbound lead generation, in B-to-B service sector telephony or equivalent.
Prior business-to-business cold calling experience preferred. Human Resources or Payroll experience a plus, but not required.

- Resourceful and persistent individual who is highly skilled in data researching; with ability to navigate a prospect organization to find the key contacts for the qualification process/ improving data quality

- Ability to prioritize work appropriately with attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Interested in developing selling skills and industry/product knowledge
Other skills:
- Fluency in common business desktop applications, including — MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet
- Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture customer input/qualification information dynamically
- Experience using CRMs and SFDC is useful, but not mandatory
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree is Required
Ideal working hours: Need to match the business hours of the country assignment
