That’s where you come in. As the Administrative Payroll Parameter Specialist, you’ll ensure an accurate and efficient implementation of our solution, ADP Link Premium Offer, while understanding the impacts to the client’s overall human capital management solution. The goal is simple: Make sure our products and services deliver and exceed client expectations. We’re with you every step of the way through our training programs and service guidelines.

THINGS YOU’LL DO:

• Draft detailed specifications and programming in the expected language of application, respecting programming standards, deadlines and quality levels set forth.
• Read and understand operational and technical specifications for development and estimate development workload
• Create and test programmes, performing incident correction detected following internal or client handover
• Draft reports on activities to be issued to management and indicating difficulties
• The application domain primarily concerned will be that of administrative payroll management (GAP) in the ADP Link Premium Offer.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in the post or equivalent required
• Fluency in French/English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of HRIS
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Java SQL development
• Knowledge of ECLIPSE (SWT, PLUGIN) — CVS — ANT.
