Job Duties:
ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Application Developer at our New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary resource for technical design, development, testing, support, and ongoing maintenance for Human Capital Management (HCM) information applications. Implement and configure application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic. Create technical design and implementation documents. Enforce governance regarding cross-cutting capabilities, including security, authentication, authorization, and auditing. Work with software development test engineers to fully automate application testing and high-quality development and configuration. Collaborate with Product Management and Technology Architects in a full-stack capacity.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience.

Work Experience:
Experience must include: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations; JavaScript, including usage of JavaScript frameworks; AngularJS framework; HTML5; CSS3; Cross-browser compatibility issues and debugging; JavaScript module loaders, including require.JS; CSS preprocessors, including LESS; Front-end build tools, including Grunt; Code versioning tools, including GIT; Testing frameworks, including Selenium; and Agile environment.
