– .Net Manager with 10+ years of experience. – Candidate should have extensive experience working on C#, .Net technologies – Should be able to lead a team of 10-15 people – Should be process oriented and able to handle the delivery of projects end to end – It is not mandatory to be hands-on but that will be nice to have – Should have passion to learn new technologies – Should be a strong communicator and highly proactive – Should have 1-2 years of experience managing the team
