ADP is currently seeking a Human Capital Management Professional Services Consultant to join our team in our Norfolk, VA, office. In this role, you will have the below duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations and financial reporting for ADP Professional Services, including client and vendor contracts, client billing and vendor payment, sales pipeline management, and revenue and expense reconciliation and forecasting
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients for all “sold” engagements, providing frequent follow up to gather feedback and gauge client satisfaction
- Define, implement, and manage Net Promoter System survey and process for Professional Services
- Own Professional Services executive reporting and metrics including revenue and pipeline analytics
- Develop and manage relationships with new third-party alliance partners
- Serve as process owner for all Professional Services operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements and ensuring team adherence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10+ years of progressive professional experience, with exposure to business process improvement, preferably business process improvement experience in different functions
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to arrive at data driven conclusions and express them intuitively
- Experience working in cross functional and cross market team settings, with experience involving interdependencies of various departments/functions/sites in complex organizations
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to formulate insights around business problems and influence on all levels in the organization
