ADP is hiring a Team Manager. In this position, you’ll leverage your project management and leadership expertise to assist the Team Director in establishing the direction of daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Support Money Movement Transmission team with various transmission issues in a multi-platform environment, various types of data using multiple communications software within established deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve any transmission problems.
- Create new procedures to insure successful transmission to ADP banking partners. Inform director of any unresolved issues.
- Lead Money Movement Team participant in testing of ADP’s Contingency Operation Plan to insure successful transmission of ADP’s client’s payroll in case of a disaster.
- Assist ADP, SOX and SAS70 auditors with various controls and documents and provide assistance as needed. Update director with the result.
- Use various communications software, ETS, E- NETS, CONNECT DIRECT, etc to assist various department, region and banks with new implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transmission problems.
- Create, update and implement new procedures and processes.
- Ensure Money Movement Transmission team is trained and understand any new procedures.
- Fully understand and operate five different systems and software to transmit and verify bank files.
- Apply all administrative responsibilities for Money Movement transmission group.
- Create and update job descriptions. Prepare and deliver performance appraisals to Money Movement Transmission Team associates.
- Work closely with director and Human Resources to apply disciplinary action.
- Schedule one on one meetings with associates to discuss performance and development. Review and approve time cards.
- Assist group and step in as back up coverage for bank transmissions and verification of files averaging $13 billion in daily credit bank transmissions and up to $9 billion in daily debit bank transmissions.
- There is an average of approximately 200 bank files per day from or to approximately 20 ADP partner banks. Transmit and verify an average of 400 issue files (Positive Pay) to 20 different banks using ETS, Main Frame, Control M, Connect Direct and ETS.
- Process and update approximately 110 incoming files for Returned Items, BAI and AOC files using ETS, Main Frame, Control M, Connect Direct and ETS. Transmit and verify up to $30 million daily in EFT (20 EFT files) to five different banks. Transmit and verify an average of a $1 billion in Tax impounds and wires to ADP partners banks (20 different banks).
- Communicate and address any banking issues and problems with internal business partners, management and ADP partner banks.
- Collaborate with partner banks to retrieve any missing incoming files on a daily bases.
- Partner with Operations and IT groups to resolve any job abend that is related to Money Movement transmission group. Escalation point for daily bank and/or operational issues.
- Responsible for money movement operational processes for bank file transmissions, business decisions made with partner banks to ensure timely processing and bank file process flows that present financial risk to ADP and its clients.
- Lead person for projects and any development and/or processing changes directly impacting bank transmissions
- Apply all administrative responsibilities for Money Movement transmission group.
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Prepare and deliver performance appraisals to Transmission Team associates. Work closely with director and Human Resources to apply disciplinary action.
- Schedule one on one meetings with associates to discuss performance and development. Ensure associate coverage for daily processing, approve vacation schedules, review and approve time cards.
- Maintain monthly stats and prepare and deliver situational reports to director. Ensure associate HRD training as well as on-boarding of new associates with adequate training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent in education and experience.
- 5 — 10 years experience in operating and leading a large scale multi-platform environment.
- Manage and lead team onsite and Smart Shore location.
- Advanced understanding of data processing required.
- Ability to follow operating procedures and instructions. Ability to run basic to complex job flows on multiple platforms with no supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume high output environment.
- Strong PC skills. (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes). Ability to document and manage issues.
- Experience within a Money Movement Environment specifically as it relates to banking transactions.
- Strong experience in a Client Facing environment is highly valued.
