We are looking for :

A HRIS Engineer (GAP Expert) Streamline H / F

Within the Major Account customer service department, you represent the heart of Personnel Administration Management expertise as part of our Streamline service commitment.

Your mission is divided into six major issues:

Within the Expert GAP Major Account engineering group, you receive requests from our customers (Symphony) who have been the subject of a prior criticality qualification and a scoping analysis by the Service Engineers. You become the owners of requests and in charge of their processing when an intervention requires a thorough analysis and parameterization work, justifying a time and increased availability.

  • You are in direct contact with a client as soon as a case or a thematic action plan (screen creation, process absences, contract, …) concerning you is entrusted to you, and for the duration defined of its resolution. Thus, the customer has your telephone contact and is likely to be in direct interaction with you during this resolution. You carry the delivery and the receipt of the treated item.
  • Your mission takes place within the Expert GAP Major Account engineering group. The requests are assigned to you as part of a shared Symphony queue and according to a collective capacity schedule. You contribute to a collective quantitative and qualitative management performance and contribute with your fellow experts to define the performance standard to expect, considering the requirements of internal and final customers and the nature of your business.
  • Your request processing activity in terms of detailed analysis, recommendation of solutions and parameterization relies on processing options that capitalize on the value proposition of the ADP DECIDIUM Web modeled offer and the desire to retain parameterization solutions as close as possible to the parameterization models recommended by ADP and the final functional requirements of the customer.
  • Your contribution within the Major Account service model is primarily focused on the management performance of our clients’ GAP parameter request portfolio (both qualitatively and quantitatively) and the search for a management performance of this portfolio of requests, measurable and in continuous progression.
  • You are a key player in meeting our commitments to handle corrective and evolving client parameterization requests, particularly through your contribution to the implementation of the GAP portfolio management strategy. customer park. The quality and timeliness of the delivery of the GAP settings requested by our Major Account customers is based on the performance of the group of expertise you are involved in.

Required knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Payroll, GTA, GAP, BO Reporter models
  • Functional knowledge of the offer
  • Knowledge of GAP (HRV, Lsprh, …)
  • Mastery of the Symphony tool in collective organization
  • Mastery of the tools of the Service Engineer (PPC, BIZ …)
