POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage and develop / products regional organization, meeting the defined business and marketing strategies in order to ensure proper fulfillment of customer needs and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Â
- Manage the development of new products and / or new projects
- Tracking the life cycle of products, the assessment of the costs and profitability, as well as their adaptation to the sales strategy
- Create and monitor the performance indicators of the product, establishing and implementing corrective measures to improve it
- Ensure that all areas of the company are prepared for new product releases, and all external aspects are controlled for commissioning
- Monitor and control the activities of product and brand marketing, such as product development, launch events, etc.
- Develop tools and training areas involved with the product, such as Operation, Contact Center, Sales, Development
- Develop patterns of product presentations and scripts to be used by internal stakeholders
- Identify unresolved problems with the product or customer, and turn them into business opportunities by designing and marketing a solution
- Create, develop, and manage systems, databases, and product flows

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Â
- Educational background: Careers related to Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related areas. Desirable specializations in the area.
- Experience in the area: 5 years
- Specific knowledge and skills: Knowledge of business management products and services, creating economic evaluation (business plan), general marketing knowledge (traditional and online). Â Advanced English
- Attitudes and behaviors: customer orientation, communication, creativity, analysis, multidisciplinary teamwork, negotiation skills.
