We are looking for :

An Expert Certification Payroll H / F

At ADP, the world leader in Payroll and Human Resources, you ensure the service relationship with our customers and certify the compliance of the outsourced payroll service, as you are:

  • The bearer of a general view of the information system (assisting the customer globally on the tool and “framing” it methodologically in cooperation with ADP),
  • The structuring entry point of customer requests for effective (quality, responsiveness) support.

Within the customer service MS DECIDIUM WEB, as Payroll Accounting Expert, you ensure the daily service function to customers as part of our commitment to MS service:

  • Relational point of service of your customers, you receive requests from your customers (Symphony, CMC telephony system):
  • By relying on your payroll expertise, you evaluate the customer need in order to answer it (practical customer, deliverable, modification …) or transmit your first analysis to the referring teams.
  • You assist your clients in the day-to-day operation of their ADP IS (Payroll Support, Result Justification, OPS Relationships, ATM, Collaborative Administrative Processes, Requestor).
  • You accompany your customers for a good integration of their data in the IS (help to enter topics in GAP, the use of the collective entry grid).
  • For the requests of your customers concerning important needs of evolution of their information system ADP (integration of company, recast of agreement, change of CCN …), you assist them in the expression of their need, their advocate for demand-side processing options that capitalize on the value proposition of the ADP modeled offer.
  • In general, for any request requiring support team intervention (Payroll settings, GTA, workstation, requestor, analysis of payroll data …) you guarantee the conformity and completeness of the request expressed by the customer, you perform a first level of analysis and transmit to the referencing team.

Customer relationship management:

  • You drive the client in a logic of cooperation for an optimal production of his pay (Monthly Meeting of Service, planning, RDV milestones).
  • You guarantee the respect of the predefined deadlines with the customer.
  • Postgraduate training in HR, accounting, law or other training favoring the analysis and practice of figures. You have service experience in the payroll / HR trades. Your experience has allowed you to develop expertise on time management and management under schedule constraints.

  • At ease on the relational level, you are oriented (e) client (external, internal, team). Your autonomy, rigor and sense of organization are undeniable assets to succeed in this position. You are comfortable in a technical environment (CRM, configuration …)
  • You have a good knowledge of payroll processes, personnel administration, accounting and social legislation and have facilities for using information systems. You know how to manage priorities and are concerned about customer satisfaction.
