SBS Implementation Payroll Analyst with French
The Implementation analyst will implement the payroll settings for the PEGASE Enterprise platform’s new clients. New colleague will be the client’s privileged partner, helping the client analyse and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation in order to guarantee the highest level of service.
As part of his/her mission, he/she aims to satisfy clients while ensuring uninterrupted service when the client’s file is sent to the client recurring service team
Responsibilities :
- Â Analysis of the client’s organization (information channel, interface, etc.),
- Â Analysis of payroll rules and drafting of an analysis report,
- Â Configuration of regulatory settings,
- Â Transfer of data and counters,
- Â Testing
- Â Definition and supply of liaising documents,
- Â Establishment of the client’s first payroll (entry, verification and reporting),
- Â Sign off with client
- Â Transfer of file to client recurring service team.Â
Requirements:
- An understanding of the client’s trade, business and organization(payroll calculations, law and human resources)
- Accounting knowledge
- Customer relationship management
- Good speaking skills
- Microsoft officeÂ
- Languages: French/English, both oral and written B2 LEVEL
